Sixteen acres, of which the developer states 70 per cent is left open, planted with 30 varieties of palm. The developer describes the scheme as a themed tropical ecosystem spread over 16 acres.
Below is the full named list, in the developer's own three groups and its own wording. Where an amenity is not on it, it is not on it: this site publishes what the developer names and nothing beyond that.
The list runs from a Swimming Pool and a Kid's Pool to Cricket Nets, a Climbing Wall and a Multi-Play Court, then to the quieter items, a Labyrinth, a Sensory Trail, a Secret Garden, a Reflexology Pathway and a Reading and Working Cove. Seven of the 34 are grouped for older residents, including a Senior's Deck and a Senior's Spill Over Lawn.
