The land

More than 60 amenities, and the 34 with names

The developer states more than 60. These are the 34 it names, in its own three groups and its own wording.

Sixteen acres, of which the developer states 70 per cent is left open, planted with 30 varieties of palm. The developer describes the scheme as a themed tropical ecosystem spread over 16 acres.

Below is the full named list, in the developer's own three groups and its own wording. Where an amenity is not on it, it is not on it: this site publishes what the developer names and nothing beyond that.

The list runs from a Swimming Pool and a Kid's Pool to Cricket Nets, a Climbing Wall and a Multi-Play Court, then to the quieter items, a Labyrinth, a Sensory Trail, a Secret Garden, a Reflexology Pathway and a Reading and Working Cove. Seven of the 34 are grouped for older residents, including a Senior's Deck and a Senior's Spill Over Lawn.

On the master plan

Eight towers, the podium and the open ground between them.

The master plan.

The towers stand at different stages, and the amenity deck belongs to the scheme rather than to any one of them. The towers page gives the stage the developer published for each tower in July 2025, which is the honest way to read how far off any of this is.
