Content is drawn from the developer's own published material and from the MahaRERA register, and is provided in good faith. Prices, areas, plans, amenities, images and construction stages are indicative and subject to change. Where a figure has not been established by the developer or the register, this site says it is on request rather than stating one.
Not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. No statement here forms part of any agreement for sale. The agreement for sale, the cost sheet and the MahaRERA registration for your tower are the documents that govern a purchase.
Verify before you book
Confirm every price, area, plan, amenity and date with the developer, and verify the MahaRERA registration for the tower you are being sold on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in, before you pay anything. The eight registrations and their portal links are on the towers page.
