The developer's own starting price, the charges that are extra, and what is on request.
From Rs 60 lakh*
Rs 60 lakh is the developer's own stated starting price for Provident Palm Vista. It is a floor, not a rate for any particular home, and it is before GST and registration.

| 2 BHK | 637 sq ft in D1 and D3 | On request |

What is extra, and what is on request
GST and registration are extra on every figure on this site. The developer's own price line adds that government and possession charges are extra. No figure here is stated as covering everything, because the developer does not state one that way.
These are on request, and they are on request because no source we hold states them: the price for a specific configuration, tower and floor; the payment plan; the booking amount; and the registered completion date for each tower. Ask for all four in writing before you pay anything.
Areas differ by tower here, so a price only means something once the tower is named. The 1 BHK is 406 sq ft in B1 and B2 and 453 sq ft in C1 and C2. The towers page maps every tower to its MahaRERA number and to the stage the developer published for it in July 2025.
