Eight towers, eight registrations
One row per tower: its MahaRERA number, a link to that number's own record on the official portal, and the construction stage the developer published for it in July 2025.
Provident Palm Vista is not one registration. It is eight, one per tower, and every one of them is in the name of Provident Housing Limited, District Thane, pincode 421204. The register writes the names as Provident Palmvista B1 through Provident Palmvista D4. The tower a flat sits in decides which number governs it, which completion date binds the promoter, and how far off the ground the building actually is.
Two numbers are easy to swap. C2 is P51700025864 and D2 is P51700025854. Both are live registrations for different towers, so read the last three digits carefully on any paper you are given.

How to use these numbers
Open the number for the tower you are being sold, not the one on the hoarding. Each link above goes to the search result for that certificate number on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. Check that the promoter reads Provident Housing Limited, that the tower name matches the flat you are being offered, and ask the sales team for the registered completion date on that certificate. That date is the one the agreement for sale binds the promoter to.
D4 is registered and was casting its 26th floor slab in July 2025. No source states its configuration or area, so both read on request here rather than being guessed at. Areas for the other seven are on the floor plans page and the configuration pages.
